Tim is an experienced solicitor who specialises in civil and commercial litigation. Tim leads our Dispute Resolution team and advises both individuals and businesses on a wide range of contentious matters.

Career History

Prior to working at Kirwans Tim has worked for numerous Solicitors across the Northwest. Tim qualified as a solicitor in 2007 specialising in civil and commercial litigation, areas in which he continues to practice today. Tim has experience across a diverse range of cases, from acting for landlords in possession matters, to complex company and property disputes.

Tim is also fluent in Spanish and French, and is a qualified teacher.
