Dispute Resolution Solicitor

We are currently looking for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor for litigious and non-contentious general civil/commercial matters for individuals and businesses. We are looking for an individual with an excellent grasp of the CPR. What is of key importance is grasp of the procedures and you desire to be part of the driving force in the business.

The successful candidate will be running a caseload of civil and commercial files and be assisting to develop the department and helping to win further business. We are looking for a confident and experienced qualified solicitor with strong communication skills who has experience in handling a range of types of general civil and commercial cases.

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/CFILEx

We are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/CFILEx at our Prenton Office.

The candidate would handle a caseload of sale, purchase and re-mortgage property files utilising a case management system. Although the role will be based at our Prenton office there will be occasional travel to our other offices as and when required. The suitable candidate will be managing the progression of cases from inception to completion, liaising with clients and businesses, referrers and estate agents.

Family Solicitor/CFILEx

We are currently looking for an ambitious Family Solicitor/CFILEx to expand our family department. The candidate is required to be Law Society Panel qualified to enable them to meet the Legal Aid Agency Supervisor Standards.

We deal with a range of family matters – divorce, ancillary relief, private children matters and care proceedings. The ideal candidate is required to be very experienced in divorce and ancillary relief matters with a desire to specialise and grow the business in these areas, alongside covering the other aspects of family matters as and when required.

We are currently looking for a Private Client Solicitor to cover a fixed term Maternity leave position. The solicitor will handle private client files utilising a case management system working between our Merseyside offices.

The successful candidate will be running a caseload of private client files including Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA’s), Court of Protection and Estate Administration files. We are looking for a confident and experienced Solicitor with strong communication skills.
