Summary of Current Role / areas of expertise
Sara is a Senior Associate Solicitor within the Private Client Department, dealing with a variety of matters but predominantly dealing with Wills, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts and Probate matters.
Sara assists families with making the correct choices for their family’s futures by preparing their wills and lasting powers of attorney. Sara also assists executors administer estates of their loved ones when they have passed away. She also deals with Court of protection matters by assisting family members to be appointed as deputies when their family members are no longer able to make those decisions for themselves.
Sara will meet with clients and their families in the office, at home or at care homes to offer as much convenience and ease for our clients whilst still providing a high level of service for our clients.
Career History
Prior to working at Kirwans Sara has worked for numerous Solicitors, predominantly on the Wirral. Sara qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and initially practiced civil law. Sara has practiced in private client for the last 19 years concentrating mainly in the area of wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate and the administration of estates. Sara also has some experience of disputed estates.
