Summary of Current Role / areas of expertise

Rosina started out in a general litigation role undertaking work in all aspects of civil and criminal proceedings. Rosina then specialised in personal injury claims and has experience in most types of personal injury claims including industrial disease claims, RTA 's and employers liability. In addition Rosina has experience in defending fraudulent claims.

Career History

Rosina qualified as a solicitor in December 1998 and since then has worked for both claimant and defendant solicitors both in the private and public sector giving Rosina a broad range of experience on both sides of the fence.

Education

Rosina completed her LLB at Kingston university and the legal practice course at the University of Birmingham.

Joined

Rosina joined Kirwans as an assistant solicitor in August 2023.
