As Managing Partner, Claire is Head of the Family Department and is responsible for overseeing the management and strategic direction of the department and firm. Claire is also Head of the Private Client department, dealing with a variety of matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts.

David is a Senior Partner of Kirwans. He has 45 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm.

Paul is an experienced senior solicitor specialising in civil and commercial litigation, he heads the Dispute Resolution team. His areas of expertise are widespread and include will and inheritance disputes, professional negligence, building and construction disputes, commercial litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes and agricultural law. Paul is also an active mediator.

Andrew is a Partner and Head of the Property Department, dealing with a variety of Residential and Commercial Property matters.
