Andrew is a Partner and Head of the Property Department, dealing with a variety of Residential and Commercial Property matters, including:

• Residential Sales and Purchases, including New Build, Shared Ownership and Right to Buy Transaction;
• Commercial Sales and Purchases;
• Residential Mortgages, including Right to Buy, Company Mortgages and Bridging      Finance;
• Commercial Mortgage Finance;
• Residential Lease Extensions;
• Commercial Leasehold Transactions, including the grant of a new Lease or extension/variation of its existing terms;
• Equity Release Mortgages; and
• Transfers of Equity.

Andrew offers a proactive, client-focused approach to conveyancing, so as to ensure that the best possible service is delivered.

Andrew is also Head of Conveyancing for the Law Society CQS Scheme.

Career History

Andrew completed his Training Contract at RMNJ Solicitors in Birkenhead and has worked for several local firms in senior solicitor and management positions prior to joining Kirwans.
