Summary of current role / areas of expertise

As a Solicitor, Annie is integral to the Private Client department. She provides legal support to the team and is experienced with all aspects of Private Client services from Wills and Estates to Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection. Annie assists clients from the outset and provides her legal experience and knowledge to help clients.

Career History

Annie previously worked as a Nursing Care Paralegal for Hugh James Solicitors which involved challenging NHS decisions on Continuing Health Care claims. She then went on to work for a sole practitioner as a Probate Clerk where she dealt with the administration of deceased Estates.

Professional Highlight

Being involved in successfully challenging the NHS for those who had been incorrectly paying for their Care Home fees and in 2016 Annie successfully received a training contract with Kirwans.
