Danielle is an Associate Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Team at Kirwans, specialising in both civil and commercial disputes including property litigation (landlord and tenant disputes, notices to tenants, nuisance, boundary and neighbour disputes, commercial property, injunctions, possession claims), defamation of character, including via social media, harassment, consumer disputes, contract disputes, construction disputes, debt recovery litigation and general civil and commercial litigation.
Danielle joined Kirwans as a Legal Clerk and after 12 months was offered a Training Contract with the Firm. Danielle successfully completed seats in the Dispute Resolution and Private Client Departments, working on a mixture of contentious and non-contentious matters whilst maintaining her caseload of litigation claims.
Prior to joining Kirwans, Danielle gained 18 months experience as a Paralegal in the highly regarded dispute resolution team at Pannone LLP, volunteered at Citizen’s Advice Bureau and completed a variety of legal work experience placements and a mini-pupillage.
Danielle also successfully organised and completed a legal placement in leading German law firm, SKW Schwarz Rechtsanwälte, which included attending the German courts and utilising German language skills to network with leading individuals.

Danielle states her professional highlights are attaining distinction awards in her examinations on the Legal Practice Course and qualifying as a Solicitor in July 2015.
