As a Fellow Chartered Legal Executive within the Family department, Emily provides legal support in representing and advising clients in times of distress and anxiety in respect of sensitive cases across a range of family matters.
Emily invests time in understanding a client’s family matter to provide clear guidance and support to create a resolution. This includes family matters involving child contact, domestic abuse, divorce and civil partnership dissolution.
Emily is aware of the issues that surround modern family law and approaches family matters with the utmost care and respect.
Before joining Kirwans, Emily began her legal career at Brunswicks LLP where she achieved her CILEX Level 3 Diploma in Law and Practice. Emily went onto successfully progress her career as a Paralegal at Lees Solicitors LLP.
In 2015, Emily took the opportunity to begin her legal path into Family Law when she moved to FPH Law in Hamilton Square.

Emily was successfully involved in a sensitive family matter involving a client who was separated from her son by the Local Authority after birth. Through Emily’s legal assistance in the Family Court proceedings, her client’s son was rehabilitated back to her care.
