Current Role

Thomas is a Solicitor and Accredited Police Station Representative working in the Criminal Department. He regularly attends police stations to represent both adults and youths charged with various criminal offences.

Thomas also has experience defending companies and individuals who are being prosecuted by regulatory bodies and local authorities.

After a varied training contract in multiple areas of law, Thomas is also able to apply civil law and procedure where necessary to provide representation in both private and commercial cases.

History

Thomas joined Kirwans as a Legal Clerk in 2013, assisting solicitors and Higher Court Advocates with criminal cases before the Magistrates' and Crown Court.

In 2015 he successfully qualified as an Accredited Police Station Representative and commenced his Training Contract to become a Solicitor.

Thomas qualified as a Solicitor in 2017.
