Trevor is a highly experienced property paralegal within Kirwans Commercial Property department. He assists in the successful completion of commercial transactions.

In addition to his conveyancing know-how , Trevor has extensive knowledge of landlord and tenant issues.

Trevor is on hand as part of the team to ensure that all matters are completed smoothly and that key deadlines are achieved for clients.

Career History

Trevor joined the Liverpool City Council’s Housing Department in 1978 and began his conveyancing career in the City Solicitors Department in 1982.

In 2002 Trevor was appointed as the Senior Legal Assistant of the Liverpool Council’s Conveyancing Team and also became its Manager and Principal Legal Assistant from 2010.

In addition to his managerial role, Trevor’s responsibilities ranged from liaising with other Council departments, elected Members, government departments and outside organisations.

Trevor was instrumental in a variety of conveyancing matters involving simple property transactions to complex multi million pound acquisitions and disposals of land and property.

On joining Kirwans, Trevor was initially part of the Residential Conveyancing Team in Prenton where he dealt with the successful completion of property transactions on behalf of clients.
