The Whitechapel Centre Will Month Terms & Conditions

Kirwans are proud to support The Whitechapel Centre as one of our charities of the year.

1.The free Will offer is available from 1^st January 2018 to 31^st January 2018.

2. The free Will offer applies to the drafting of a simple Will only. More complex and technical Wills may be subject to charges.

3. A simple Will includes;

• Appointing up to four executors to carry out the provisions of the Will;
• Clauses appointing a Guardian for any children under 18;
• Up to 10 individual monetary gifts;
• Up to 10 individual specific items (possessions) as gifts
• Clauses listing the intended beneficiaries of the remaining estate;
• Provisions for simple funeral wishes.

4. A simple Will excludes;

• Tax planning and advice;
• Protective property trusts;
• Rights of occupation;
• Life interest, discretionary or other complex trusts;
• Disabled persons trust. 

5.Kirwans reserve the right to amend or withdraw the terms and condition of this offer at any time.
