One of the reasons why the Conveyancing process can be stressful is as a result of a lack of communication between all parties involved in a transaction. Each member of our Conveyancing team recognises this fact and as such will liaise with all relevant parties at every stage; be that your estate agent, your financial advisor, your lender and most importantly you.

Kirwans Conveyancing Team will:

Provide you with a clear statement of the costs at the outset of your transaction together with a guarantee of no hidden costs. We operate on a fixed fee basis for Conveyancing work so we don’t charge separately for any letters or telephone calls we make on your behalf.

Dedicate a specialist solicitor who will progress your case.

Provide you with the contact details for that solicitor. Each solicitor has a dedicated assistant who will also be on hand should you require any information or assistance.

Endeavour to take your telephone calls whenever you call in. If we cannot, then we will return your call as quickly as possible, in most cases within 2 hours of you calling.

Provide you with a fully comprehensive and “jargon-free” legal report in respect of your purchase prior to exchanging contracts.
