Claire deals with a variety of private client matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts. In addition she assists executors in the administration of estates when someone has passed away.
She deals with Court of Protection applications for people applying to become deputy to deal with family member’s affairs and other more complicated Court of Protection applications.
Career History
Prior to joining Kirwans Claire worked as a product specialist for Perceptive Scientific International before moving into Sales and Marketing for Applied Biosystems and then for Adelphi. She completed a training contract at Kirwans in 2008 to qualify as a solicitor.
