Summary of current role/areas of expertise
Jasper Dawson has 25 years experience in dealing with cases involving Conveyancing issues. These include Commercial Leases (including the renewal procedures), small/medium business sales, Commercial Sales and purchases of freehold or long leasehold premises and Commercial Clients who may deal in residential property.
As well as vast experience in Conveyancing, Jasper works within the Private Client team advising on Wills, Estates, Powers Of Attorney and the affairs of elderly clients.
Career History
Upon qualification in 1975 Jasper was assistant solicitor, and then partner, of GF Lees and Son. In 1992 he joined Brian Camp & Co as a partner.
By 1999 Jasper formed Dawson Huyton Roberts together with an estate agency and financial services arm before joining Kirwans in 2002 as a partner introducing a substantial Property and Private Client Department.
