Career History
Prior to commencing her employment with Kirwans in November 2010, Alison was an Executive in Housing since 2004. She also undertook a role in Personal Injury between 2000 and 2004 dealing with all aspects of Personal Injury Law, but specialising in Road Traffic Accidents.

Professional Highlight
In her time at Kirwans, Alison has assisted a landlord to obtain a permanent Injunction against a tenant after it was alleged that the tenant was involved in issues of drug activity in the landlord’s property. She has also been the assistant on a number of cases that have proceeded to the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Such cases have had a significant impact on Housing Law over the last 6 years.
