Adele advises clients on all areas of Family law and specialises in divorce and children disputes. She resolves issues by negotiation, referring to mediation and if appropriate issuing Court Proceedings. She also assists victims of domestic violence and issues urgent proceedings when required to protect the client and any children of the family.
Career History
Adele qualified in 2001 with a city centre law firm and eventually owned her own law firm. Upon sale of that firm Adele worked for several Liverpool Firms before joining Kirwans. Adele is a member of the family law association panel and the duty solicitor scheme.
