Matt is a qualified as a Legal Executive Advocate and represents clients before the magistrates Courts for a wide range of offences.
During his regular appearances at court he conducts bail applications, pleas in mitigation, arguments on rules of evidence such as bad character and hearsay applications.
Matt is also accredited under the firms duty solicitor scheme to represent clients who are detained at the police station.
Career History
Matt began his career in law in 2003 when he completed an A level in Law and progressed on to study and qualify as a Legal Executive in 2008. He then undertook the advocacy skills course in 2009, upon successful completion, and has been appearing before the magistrates courts.
