Summary of current role/areas of expertise
Hamish assists Senior Partner David Kirwan in the preparation of cases for court. His main areas of expertise include Proceeds of Crime, high value fraud, criminal law and agricultural matters.
This has led to 11 years experience working on high profile fraud cases, civil litigation and farming disputes.
Hamish enjoys building relationships with clients all over the UK and working at grass roots level. He has particular expertise in advising cases involving farmers burdened by DEFRA and Trading Standards cases and employs his skills working with veterinary and other experts.
Hamish is willing to go the extra mile in exposing evidence integral to Agriculture cases, whether it be examining extensive documents or surveying the remotest fields, to obtain the best result for clients. His courteous manner and determination have won him much respect amongst Kirwans’ clients and in professional circles.
