John-Paul leads a strong team of dedicated staff who assist clients both nationally and locally in administering their affairs and those of their loved ones. The team provide an excellent service with a friendly ‘bed side manner’ and we are actively involved within the local community.
John-Paul specialises in all areas of Private Client Law including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts. He acts as Attorney and Court of Protection Deputy for a number of clients who are unable to look after their own affairs and assists bereaved family members who need guiding through administration of the Estate.
Career History
John-Paul worked as a clerk whilst successfully completing the Legal Practice Course. He joined Kirwans in 2006 progressing from assistant solicitor to Head of Department.
