1. The promotion is a prize draw, which is open to anyone who completes an entry form
2. Completed entry forms must be submitted to Kirwans, Suite 108, South Harrington Building, Brunswick Business Park, Sefton Street, Liverpool, L3 4BQ 3. No photocopies, damaged or unreadable entries will be accepted
4. The prize is teeth whitening treatment provided by Liverpool Dental Spa
5. The prize draw is only open to people aged 18 or over resident in mainland Britain
6. Only one entry per person is permitted
7. The closing date for entries is 12 August 2011
8. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random on 15 August 2011 and will be notified by phone. The Prize Draw will be supervised by an independent person.
9. The prize remains the property of Kirwans until a winner is notified in writing and the winner has accepted the prize.
10. In the event of a winner being unable to accept the prize, upon agreement from Kirwans, he/she can nominate a family member or partner to accept the prize on their behalf.
11. The prize is to be collected at a place and time specified by Kirwans within 30 days of the winner being notified.
12. The draw is not open to employees of Kirwans, their subsidiaries, families, agents, their affiliates or anyone involved in the prize draw.
13. The winner will be expected to have their photographs taken for press or promotion purposes.

15. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed or unreadable. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Kirwans Solicitors reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control. 18. The prize is subject to availability and change.

18. Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
19. We reserve the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions and/or the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice to the extent that it is reasonably necessary.
20. When you enter the Prize Draw you are deemed to accept the Terms and Conditions as at the date you enter. Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Website.
21. We reserve the right to disqualify your entry if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these terms and conditions
22. Kirwans is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Liverpool Dental Spa
23. Kirwans is not liable for any loss or injury arising from the provision of the prize. This liability is assumed by Liverpool Dental Spa being the company who are providing the prize.
