For many years, Kirwans has worked with Referrer partners across England and Wales; from car hire companies to body shops, accident management companies to taxi bases.

When you have a business to run, you need to ensure that your clients receive excellent service and that cash flow is smooth and trouble free.

If a referrer enters into a business arrangement with Kirwans, the following systems will be put in place immediately:

1. An experienced account manager will be put in place to deal with your claims on a daily basis

2. You will receive direct contact details for a Partner at the firm who you may contact at any time

3. Your claims will be dealt with by one fee earner or a small number. We know that you do not want a large numbers of fee earners, many of whom may be unfamiliar with your system, dealing with your claims

4. We pay your referral fees at the level we agree when we say we will pay them

5. We can pay your referral fees through telegraphic transfer

6. If needed, we will provide you with advice on the referral code and Ministry of Justice rules
