Kirwans has achieved the highly prestigious Lexcel accreditation from the Law Society and Investors in People award since 2003.
Lexcel
Lexcel is the Law Society’s practice management standard. It is only awarded to solicitors who meet the highest management and customer care standards. Accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management, marketing and risk management.
Investors in People
Investors in People provides the framework to ensure that all our staff have the correct knowledge, skills and motivation to work effectively.
Lexcel and Investors in People accreditations work alongside our currently embedded Legal Services Commission contracts in Criminal and Family Law.
