Simon's main area of expertise is personal injury litigation, representing claimants who have suffered serious accidents in particular involving damage to the brain and spinal cord. His largest claim to date settled for £1.3m. Simon also has a special interest in cases involving complex psychological injury, including chronic pain syndrome and fibromyalgia.
As a keen Liverpool FC supporter, Simon holds a season ticket at Anfield and has run a number of half marathons, including the Liverpool Half and the Flora half marathon at Silverstone.
Simon also performs stand up comedy and has appeared at the Comedy Store, Frog & Bucket and Comedy Balloon in Manchester along with Comedy Central, the Fab Café and the Dragon Bar in Liverpool.
