John is a new face within the practice, having joined Kirwans in July 2007. John's legal experience is varied, although his primary focus is Commercial Property. On a day to day basis he deals with acquisition and disposal of land, development work, landlord and tenant issues, drafting and negotiating leases, business sale and purchase and portfolio acquisition and management. John also specialises in commercial agreements and corporate deals and has specialist knowledge of advising GPs on property matters and partnership agreements.
John started off his career as a journalist, and has a first class degree in Environmental Studies. He is passionate about motorbiking and travel, and is combining his interests to explore Spain and Southern Italy on his biking travels. He plays tennis and enjoys playing and listening to music.
