Services
Police Station Advice and Assistance – our highly experienced Duty Solicitors and Police Station Accredited Representatives offer advice and assistance in local police stations. We are members of the Duty Solicitor Scheme controlled by the Legal Services Commission and are therefore required to maintain an extremely high standard of service to be members.
Magistrates Court Representation – we can defend you with various offences ranging from Road Traffic, Trading Standards, Benefit Fraud through to offences such as Murder and Business Litigation/Fraud.
Crown Court Representation - we can also provide you with specialist advice and defence in the Crown Court with the benefit of our four in-house Higher Court Advocates and highly experienced Legal Clerks.
In both the Magistrates Court and Crown Court we have excellent knowledge and experience of the laws involving youth clients.
Prison Law Advice – not only can we offer you a service from Police Station through to the Crown Court, if you are then incarcerated we provide advice though our experienced Prison Law Advisors were we help you preserve your rights whilst incarcerated.

Funding
Police Station Advice and Assistance provided by us at the police station is free of charge.
The majority of our work is funded by Legal Aid which is controlled by the Legal Services Commission. If you are eligible for Legal Aid you will be granted a Representation Order for the Magistrates Court and Crown Court which will cover the work we carry out in respect of these areas.
We do however accept private paying work where clients cannot obtain Legal Aid. In the case of private paying work we will make our best efforts to quote fixed fees to ensure you know the costs involved with your case.
