Two successful businesswomen will be offering tips on networking and how to get the work-life balance at a networking event for professional working mothers.

The free Mums in Business event, organised by leading Merseyside law firm Kirwans, will hear a “Networking Masterclass” from Chrissie Gibson of Connectivity Associates, while personal development and motivational coach Denise Chilton will discuss the challenge of getting the right work-life balance.

The Mums in Business event will take place on Wednesday, November 24, in the conference room at the Martins Building in Liverpool, where Kirwans has its city centre office.

Mums in Business is aimed primarily at mums who are entrepreneurs, professionals or holding management roles in companies around the region.

The networking club is the brainchild of Kirwans solicitor Claire Currie, who has herself recently returned to work after the birth of her first child.

Claire said: “This is our second Mums in Business event and we have been delighted with the response. We believe we have created a unique networking event for working mums in and around Merseyside.”
