A LEADING family lawyer is launching breakfast divorce clinics in order to cope with the growing number of business people seeking her help.

Victoria Leece, a solicitor with Liverpool and Wirral based Kirwans, has launched the surgeries this week (w/c April 12).

Victoria will be available for pre-booked appointments between 7.30am and 9 and 5pm to 7pm.

Kirwans has noticed a sharp increase in the number of professional people seeking the firm’s help with Family matters during the past six months.

Victoria said: “The recession had not just had a serious impact on people’s businesses, it has also caused serious problems in people’s personal lives.

“I have seen an increase in the number of professional people coming to Kirwans for advice on divorce, children or financial issues.

“ Our decision to set up the morning and evening clinics is about best meeting the needs of our clients. Many of them work long hours with little or no break.

“By launching the clinics at a time to suit them, it means they can concentrate on important and emotionally draining matters away from the distraction of the office.”
